About Jan van der valk
A senior independent attorney with international business experience
I started my career at a medium sized commercial law firm with a litigation practice, then served as (senior) in-house legal counsel at Roche Diagnostics GmbH (Mannheim, Germany), Amadeus Travel Distribution S.A (Madrid, Spain and Bangkok, Thailand), and SABIC (Saudi Based Industrial Corporation, Sittard, The Nederlands). Since 2018 I have practiced as an independent attorney at law, supporting at the negotiations of complex corporate transactions and related litigation cases.
Since 2018, he has practised as an independent attorney at law, advising companies on complex corporate transactions, contract negotiations, compliance issues and commercial disputes.
He holds a law degree from Leiden University and has completed executive programmes at Cranfield University in the United Kingdom and in Frankfurt, Germany.
